1. General

Sirul offers handcrafted and customised clothing products. As our garments are made to order, product images are for reference only. Minor variations in colour, print placement, or stitching may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, production will begin.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, shipping details, and customisation preferences while placing an order.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateway providers.

4. Customised Products

Most Sirul products are customised based on the customer's selected size, design, and preferences.
As each garment is made specifically for the customer, customisation requests cannot be modified after the order has been confirmed unless production has not yet started.

5. Shipping

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier partner.
Sirul is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
As all products are customised, refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or customisation requests.
If Sirul is unable to fulfil an order, the customer will be notified and an appropriate refund or alternative solution will be offered.

7. Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged or an incorrect item is delivered.
Any damage or incorrect delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or an unboxing video.
After verification, Sirul will arrange a replacement where applicable.

8. Alterations

Minor alterations may be provided where feasible.
Customers should contact our support team before sending the garment for alteration.
Shipping charges for alterations may apply unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product designs, graphics, and text, is the property of Sirul and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sirul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except as required by applicable law.
