At Sirul, every product is customised and handcrafted based on the customer's selected size, design, and preferences.

Returns

• We do not accept returns for customised or made-to-order products unless the item is received in a damaged condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery.

• Kindly share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Where a refund is approved instead, it is issued within 10 working days.

Alterations

• If minor size adjustments or alterations are required, we are happy to assist.

• Customers may be responsible for the shipping charges associated with alteration services unless the issue is due to our error.

• Please contact us before sending the product for alteration.
