Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after [6 PM IST] are processed the next working day.
- Ready-stock items: dispatched within [1–3] business days
- Custom-made or altered items: dispatched within [7–14] business days after design confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery after dispatch:

These are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, strikes, or courier backlogs are outside our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3,000
- Standard shipping below ₹3,000: [₹XX] — calculated at checkout
- Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be prepaid.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made before dispatch — contact us immediately at [sirul.offical@gmail.com].
Failed Delivery & RTO
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability at the delivery location, re-shipping charges will apply. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged deliveries are covered under our Return & Refund Policy — report within 12 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive days, contact us, and we will raise an investigation with the courier.
