Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns, except where a product arrives damaged.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- A photo of the outer packaging and shipping label
Claims raised after 12 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalized, or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
How Claims Are Processed
- Email us at sirul.official@gmail.com with the details above.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please keep the product and all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
